- Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges
- Assist elementary-middle school students with toileting or Life Skill needs
- Provide one-on-one support to Nonverbal student with special needs
- Help with the preparation of learning materials for severe caseloads
- Assist specialists as directed for school readiness, and pre-academics, facilitating social interactions during recess and group activities.
- Assisting students with communication disorders classroom setting and implementation of IEP notes
- An Associate's Degree
- Must have at least 1 year of Paraprofessional or related experience in a Elementary school setting working with ABA and Behavioral students
- Must have reliable transportation (Bus, Uber, taxi, etc not considered reliable)
- First Aid/CPR and a CPI trained certified is a plus
