The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, ensuring positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.
Working under general supervision , the role involves coordinating patient care via the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Assessing patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care
- Developing individualized care plans based on medical history and current status
- Administering medications and treatments effectively
- Ensuring medical records are accurate and compliant
- Monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborating with care teams for effective planning
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
An Associate degree in Nursing is required, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree .
Experience:
At least 1 year as an RN , with preferred experience in a clinical specialty recognized by national organizations.
Licensure:
Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state, along with BLS certification from Red Cross or AHA.
