Role: MICU RN (Travel or Local)
Responsibilities: Provide high-acuity care to critically ill adult patients, including
- Continuous assessment
- Ventilator and hemodynamic management
- Titration of critical IV drips
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, respond to emergencies, and ensure accurate EMR documentation.
Qualifications & Skills: Critical care nursing experience, strong assessment skills, ability to manage ventilators and hemodynamics, effective communication, and teamwork.
