The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. They utilize evidence-based practices, technology, and therapeutic interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess: Evaluate physical, social, and psychological patient status, incorporating input from team members, patients, and families.
• Plan: Develop individualized care plans involving patients, families, and physicians, including education and follow-up support.
• Implement: Coordinate and delegate care, manage resources, and prioritize tasks to deliver safe, effective treatment.
• Evaluate: Monitor patient responses, review outcomes, and revise care plans as necessary.
• Professionalism: Uphold ethical standards, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and promote professional growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license; BSN preferred, with an obligation to obtain within four years if less than 12 months of experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, patient care coordination, and documentation skills.

Physical & Additional Requirements

Ability to see, hear, and manipulate equipment; lift and transfer patients; stand, walk, and navigate busy environments; and, if applicable, drive a vehicle.
