Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for a full-time, hybrid opportunity with one of our client firms.Attorney Responsibilities:Manage personal injury cases from pre-litigation through litigationDraft demand packages, pleadings, motions, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and prepare memorandaNegotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counselAssist with case strategy and developmentCollaborate with medical experts and other professionals to support claimsHandle EUOs, recorded statements, and related litigation tasksMaintain communication with clients and ensure case progressionAttorney Requirements:Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Florida4–7+ years of personal injury experienceExperience handling both pre-litigation and litigation mattersProven ability to negotiate and secure favorable outcomesStrong drafting, research, and analytical skillsExcellent communication and client management skillsHighly organized and able to manage a high-volume caseloadBilingual (Spanish) is a plusCompensation:Base salary: $125,000 – $165,000Performance-based bonuses availableWe welcome you to join our established network of legal professionals!
