Compensation

Veterinarian salary ranges for 3‑day, 4‑day, and 5‑day full‑time opportunities in Fredericksburg, VA: 4‑day positions start at $107,500 and 5‑day positions offer a base salary of $130,000, with additional bonus opportunities. 3‑day full‑time and part‑time opportunities are also available, with prorated compensation based on schedule.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS)
• Valid U.S. driver’s license
• Availability to work some weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Background and motor vehicle record check; post‑hire and before start date
