San Diego, California – Sharp Rees‑Stealy Medical Group / Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center

Job Focus

• Full‑time Nocturnist: Night shifts (7 on / 7 off): 8:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m., admitting 8:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m. – cap at 8 admissions, cross coverage on 30 patients on service.
• Salary Range: Approx. $300,000 – $354,000+ (actual compensation may be higher and may include productivity incentives, quality and performance bonuses, hospital/call stipends, extra shift pay and other components).
• Sign‑on bonus and full comprehensive benefits package.
