Kohl’s Department Stores is hiring a Full-Time Fulfillment Associate to support omnichannel retail operations. In this role, you’ll process online and in-store orders, pick, pack, and stage merchandise, and ensure accurate, timely shipment to customers. You’ll manage backroom and sales-floor inventory, follow safety and loss-prevention procedures, and use handheld devices and POS systems to track stock.
Working closely with store and logistics teams, you’ll help keep merchandise organized, support excellent customer service, and contribute to Kohl’s inclusive, team-oriented culture with training and growth opportunities.
