The Department of Emergency Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician‑Educator at the rank of Assistant Professor, Instructor. The department is composed of over 40 full-time faculty members with interests in medical education, health services and research. The existing faculty program has distinctive strengths in communication, safety and operational sciences, geriatric emergency medicine and undergraduate and graduate medical education.
We are ideally seeking candidates from a four‑year Residency and Fellowship with skills in health services and/or out‑of‑hospital care, EMS leadership and clinical research. Success in obtaining grant funding is a distinct advantage. Candidates must be ABEM certified or board eligible.
The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
The expected base pay range for this position is $302,640 - $361,327.
