Full-Time CT Technologist
Full-time CT Technologist on day shift in Rancho Mirage, California. Operates CT imaging equipment, prepares patients, administers contrast, and collaborates with radiology staff to deliver accurate diagnostic images. Supports patient care in a modern medical facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
- Perform venipuncture and administer contrast agents when necessary
- Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Maintain patient records and imaging documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Follow departmental protocols and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- ARRT (R) certification
- ARRT (CT) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- California Radiologic Technologist License
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Preferred Skills:
- 1-2 years of CT Tech experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- Proficient with GE, Siemens, or Philips CT systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
