Overview

Virtua Medical Group is seeking a Full‑Time Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team on the night shift. This position is ideal for an experienced APP who is comfortable managing complex, critically ill patients and thrives in a fast‑paced environment requiring strong clinical judgment and independent decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive overnight management of critically ill patients within the ICU.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessment and interpret diagnostic studies.
• Develop and implement evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Respond to acute changes in patient status and coordinate with intensivists and the multidisciplinary ICU team.
• Maintain continuity of care and support safe patient management throughout the overnight hours.

Compensation

Starting salary: $163,350.00 (annually). The final compensation package may vary based on experience, internal equity, and market data.
