Full Time Clinic Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing service and first aid to employees or persons who become ill or injured on the premises of a commercial or industrial establishment.
• Takes patient’s vital signs, treats wounds, and evaluates physical condition.
• Contacts physicians and hospitals to arrange further medical treatment when needed.
• Maintains records of persons treated and prepares accident reports and insurance forms.
• Develops employee programs such as health education, accident prevention, alcohol‑abuse counseling, smoking cessation, and weight‑control regimens.
• Assists physicians in employee medical examinations.
• Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or another supervisor at any time.
