Are you a detail-oriented and organized professional with a passion for numbers? We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Bookkeeper to join our team at our office. If you have expertise in QuickBooks Online and a knack for managing accounts payable, reconciliation of bank and credit cards, then we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process accounts payable efficiently and accurately.
  
• Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online records to ensure financial accuracy.
  
• Collaborate with team members to support day-to-day financial operations.
  
• Assist with bill approvals and payment workflows; experience with is a plus .
• Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation.
  

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online (certification preferred).
  
• Experience with accounts payable processes.
  
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  
• Familiarity with is highly desirable.
  
• Availability to work on-site at our office two days per week.
