- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to pets and clients
- Work collaboratively with our veterinary team to create and implement tailored treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold high standards of care
- Communicate effectively with pet owners, educating them on the best care practices
- Maintain the AAHA standards for Veterinary annual continuing education requirements – 50 hours per year in the field of veterinary medicine
- DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited university
- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
- Experience in companion animal medicine and surgery
- Proficiency in performing general surgical procedures
- Strong medical skills. Strong surgical and dental skills are desirable
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other members of the veterinary team
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients, clients, and co-workers
