Job Summary
Virtua Medical Group is seeking an experienced full‑time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Gastroenterology team. This role provides inpatient gastroenterology care across five hospital locations in Voorhees, Marlton, Willingboro, Mount Holly, and Camden, NJ. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in gastroenterology and demonstrate confidence in managing inpatient consults while thriving in a collaborative, hospital‑based environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient gastroenterology care at multiple hospital sites.
- Participate in rotating coverage among the five locations.
- Work rotating weekend shifts, approximately one weekend every four weeks.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Gastroenterology advanced practice provider (APP) strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage inpatient consults independently.
Compensation
Starting salary: $128,600.00. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, internal equity, and market data.
