Wendover Art Group is seeking a Staff Accountant who wants to understand the business behind the numbers and have a meaningful impact on how we operate.

This is not a narrowly defined accounting role. Our Staff Accountant works across Accounting, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Inventory, and Sales, providing the financial accuracy and analysis needed to make strong business decisions.

Since 2005 the Company has grown revenue over 12x by establishing industry leading positions in the Residential Retail, Interior Design, Hospitality, Staff Living, Healthcare and Multi-family markets. Own key components of the monthly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial reporting Support accounting across inventory, costing, AR, AP, cash, and fixed assets Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to understand the financial impact of inventory, purchasing, production, and material movement Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting Turn financial and operational data into clear, actionable information Strengthen internal controls and improve the accuracy and efficiency of accounting processes Data is key to making sound business decisions, and at Wendover, we are looking for team members who bring both technical proficiency and business acumen to the table. You understand that accuracy is the foundation, not the finish line. You can move from the granular detail of a reconciliation to the bigger picture of what the financials are telling us and where we need to focus. 2+ years of experience as a Staff Auditor or Accountant

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related Field

Strong foundation in GAAP and accounting principles

Exceptional attention to detail and financial accuracy

Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities

Manufacturing, inventory, ERP, or cost accounting experience is a plus

This role provides exposure well beyond traditional accounting. You will see how purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, labor, sales, pricing, and operational decisions ultimately impact financial performance.
