Grow your career and make a direct impact on company operations by building tools that enhance productivity and efficiency for internal teams.Responsibilities:Maintain and improve our existing internal web applications built with React.js and TypeScriptDevelop new features and tools to support company operations and team workflowsBuild and enhance backend APIs using Flask (Python) and NestJS (TypeScript)Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practicesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutionsImplement responsive and accessible user interfaces with modern HTML5 and CSS3Work with PostgreSQL databases and Redis caching to ensure optimal application performanceIdentify opportunities for application improvements and technical debt reductionParticipate in code reviews and contribute to documentationTroubleshoot and resolve issues affecting internal tools and applicationsQualifications:Required:B.S.

in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field3 or more years of professional experience in web developmentDemonstrated proficiency with React.js using TypeScriptExperience building backend APIs with Flask (Python) and NestJS (TypeScript)Demonstrated proficiency in Python, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and JavaScriptExperience with PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and queryingProficiency with Redis for caching and real-time featuresExperience with Git version control and collaborative development workflowsWilling and able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)Willing to work onsite in San Antonio, TXDesired:Air Force, Military or Defense Contracting experienceExperience with Agentic Workflows (Agents, n8n pipelines)Experience with AWS services or AWS certificationExperience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflowsKnowledge of Docker containerization for internal tool deploymentFamiliarity with WebSockets for real-time applicationsExperience with ORM libraries such as SQLAlchemy and PrismaKnowledge of the Tailwind CSS frameworkExperience with Tanstack Tools (Router, Query, Forms)Knowledge of Rust programming languageStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot existing codebasesExcellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teamsWhat You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.
