Key responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, guiding technical decisions and establishing best practices Drive full-stack systems design decisions, including API architecture and UI component structure Collaborate across teams to launch features quickly and securely while championing automated testing and code quality Required qualifications 8+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including prior leadership roles Proficiency in full-stack development with strong skills in React, Express.js, and relational databases Experience leading AI-enabled development teams and implementing secure software practices Deep understanding of systems design, including REST APIs and state management US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance; active Secret clearance preferred
