About Silicon IT Hub Inc.

Silicon IT Hub Inc. is a technology solutions company delivering custom software, web, and mobile products for clients across the USA and global markets. We build scalable, reliable systems and pair strong onshore leadership with a distributed delivery model. Our teams value ownership, clean engineering, and clear communication - and we look for people who lead by doing, not just directing.

We're looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead who can own the technical direction of client and internal products end to end, mentor engineers, and act as the connective tissue between our onshore stakeholders and our offshore teams.

What You'll Do

As Full Stack Tech Lead, you'll lead a team of engineers and drive the design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications. You'll set technical direction while staying hands-onwith the codebase, and you'll be directly accountable for the quality and timely delivery ofcomplex, multi-team efforts.

Own the technical architecture across front end, back end, APIs, and databases, and translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Stay hands-on: write, review, and refactor production code, and set the bar for engineering quality across the team.

Coordinate directly with offshore delivery teams - break down work, distribute and assign tasks across offshore engineers, set clear expectations, and track progress against timelines.

Own quality control of offshore deliverables - run code reviews, enforce standards, validate that work meets acceptance criteria, and manage handoffs across time zones so nothing slips.

Partner with product owners, project managers, and stakeholders to make sensible tradeoffs between scope, timeline, user experience, and technical debt.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and champion best practices in testing, security, and code review.

Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability bottlenecks across the stack.

Mentor and grow engineers (onshore and offshore), and help calibrate and develop the wider team.

Provide clear, regular status updates to leadership and clients, flagging risks early.

What You'll Bring

8+ years of total experience in software engineering, with a track record of technical leadership on full-stack products.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Strong hands-on skills across the full stack - e.g., one or more back-end language/framework (GoLang, Java, .NET, or Python), one ore more modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue), and both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Solid grasp of gRPC, REST APIs, microservices, and integrating with third-party platforms.

Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and deploying to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Proven experience working with offshore/distributed teams - task distribution, cross-time-zone coordination, and quality checks on delivered work.

Excellent written and verbal communication; able to bridge technical detail and business context for stakeholders.

Awareness of common system vulnerabilities and secure coding practices.

Experience as a technical lead on large projects (6+ months), including defining roadmaps that span multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in an IT services, consulting, or product-delivery environment.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and tools like Jira.

Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code.

Experience with data pipelines, AI/ML, or analytics integrations.

What You'll Gain

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Generous paid time off and paid holidays.

The opportunity to lead high-impact projects and shape engineering practices across a growing team.
