This role is focused on hands-on building and delivery — a practitioner who ships production-quality code end-to-end across the stack while leveraging AI to accelerate development velocity, improve code quality, and drive innovation.This role follows a hybrid work schedule.

The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
