Full Stack Software Engineer — Python/ReactLocation: Tampa, FL — Hybrid, 3 days in office Salary: $100,000–$140,000 base salary, based on experience and skills Work authorization: US work authorization required. We do not sponsor visas.Elite Insurance Partners is building a technology-first insurance organization focused on automation, modern software systems, AI-assisted workflows, and better digital experiences for customers and internal teams.We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who can build reliable web applications, backend services, integrations, and internal tools using Python, React, JavaScript, and SQL.
