Full‑Stack Software Engineer, Senior
As a senior full‑stack software engineer at Booz Allen, you will deliver end‑to‑end solutions in a fast‑paced, agile environment. Your role extends beyond coding to architecture design, system improvements, and client delivery using the latest technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex software systems from vision through production.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify and implement system improvements, leveraging modern tools and architectural best practices.
- Help clients overcome challenging problems using cloud, container, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies.
- Ensure solutions align with current architecture, operating environment, and future scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience.
- 3+ years of cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- 2+ years with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Strong version control skills (Git).
- Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification within 2 months of hire.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying applications in air‑gapped environments.
- Automated unit and integration testing experience.
- Knowledge of Helm charts, Terraform, and container orchestration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Master's degree.
- Security+ certification.

Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility for classified information access.
Benefits & Compensation
Competitive salary range: $86,800 – $198,000 annualized USD, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, disability, financial, retirement, paid leave, tuition assistance, and work‑life programs.
