About the Role
You'll join the core engineering team of a fast-growing AI voice automation platform, working across the full stack to build the systems and interfaces that power millions of AI-driven conversations. This is a high-ownership role at the heart of the product, collaborating directly with the founding team to shape architecture and user experience alike.
What You'll Do
- Build and iterate on core product features including prompt orchestration, dashboards, analytics, and telephony integrations.
- Design and ship scalable full-stack systems, from polished frontend UIs to robust backend APIs and DevOps workflows.
- Lead projects end-to-end: architecture, coding, deployment, and ongoing iteration.
- Create intuitive interfaces and APIs that enable customers to get up and running in hours.
- Support customer onboarding, debug production issues, and translate user feedback into product improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience with strong CS fundamentals.
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development.
- Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for backend development, with hands-on AWS experience.
- Deep knowledge of distributed backend systems.
- Experience building products or infrastructure at a fast-moving, venture-backed startup.
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience with Voice AI, telephony platforms, or related real-time audio infrastructure is a strong plus.
- Background at senior or staff level, or equivalent demonstrated impact, is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $215,000 to $290,000 USD annually , plus equity. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
On-site in Redwood City, California. Remote candidates based in the United States will also be considered.
