We're looking for a Full Stack Java Developer who can jump into complex applications, solve production issues, and build reliable, scalable services. This is a hands-on role where you'll work with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MongoDB while helping the team improve architecture, performance, and development practices.

* oBuild, test, and maintain Java-based microservices and applications
* .Develop REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
* .Design and support Kafka-based data pipelines and real-time applications
* .Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and other databases and caching technologies
* .Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement lasting solutions
* .Support and enhance existing and legacy applications
* .Design systems that are scalable, reliable, secure, and built for high availability
* .Create architecture and technical design documents, UML diagrams, data flows, and API specifications
* .Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Maven, and other DevOps tools
* .Deploy and support applications in Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry, AWS, or other cloud environments
* .Monitor application health and performance and identify opportunities for optimization
* .Write automated unit and integration tests using tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, and Postman
* .Work with security teams to incorporate secure development practices
* .Help manage technical debt and identify opportunities to simplify and reuse solutions across teams
* .Explore new technologies and build prototypes when they can improve the team's solutions
* .Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and help continuously improve team processes
* .Mentor junior engineers and share best practices across the team
