Key responsibilities Build and improve web and product surfaces for member acquisition and conversion, including landing experiences and signup flows Simplify access and onboarding processes to enhance new member activation and clarify value from Day 1 Design and analyze A/B tests while partnering with data teams to define metrics and ensure experiment integrity Required qualifications 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on consumer growth and activation Strong full-stack capabilities across modern web frontend and backend services Experience running growth experiments in production and analyzing outcomes Familiarity with customer journey analysis and dropoff metrics Proficiency in using AI coding tools within the development workflow
