Our client is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to build and support real-time APIs using Oracle SOA 12c, open-source technologies, or OCS. The role includes shell scripting with cron and Unix commands, Agile delivery with JIRA, and solution development around Ariba P2P and Oracle E-Business Suite. The engineer will contribute to divisional initiatives by developing complex applications, evaluating alternatives, and recommending improvements to development policies, procedures, standards, and strategies. Work will focus on vendor-related systems within Corporate Services Technology, consolidating applications, improving vendor interactions, assessing vendor risk, and enabling integration readiness for an Oracle EBS to SaaS migration while ensuring continuity of current operations.

Responsibilities
- Participates in architecture design teams and defines application-level architecture.
- Builds real-time SOAP and REST APIs using Oracle SOA 12c, open-source technologies, or OCS.
- Develops applications for complex projects, components, and subsystems.
- Implements shell scripting, cron jobs, and Unix commands.
- Recommends development testing tools and methodologies and reviews test plans.
- Ensures QA readiness of software deliverables and develops comprehensive documentation.
- Establishes full project life cycle plans across multiple platforms.
- Meets project goals on time and on budget.
- Advises on risk assessment and risk management strategies.
- Plans and coordinates project schedules and assignments.
- Acts as a liaison for business units to resolve project and technology issues.
- Provides technology solutions and estimation for initiatives.
- Conducts independent and complex technical and functional analysis across multiple projects.
- Develops creative technical solutions and supports Ariba P2P and Oracle E-Business Suite platforms.
- Supports vendor-related systems to assess vendor risk, consolidate applications, and improve interactions.
- Enables integration readiness for Oracle EBS to SaaS migration while maintaining operational continuity.
- Deep Oracle E-Business Suite domain expertise.
- Proficiency with Oracle SOA 12c, SOAP and REST API development, and open-source integration technologies or OCS.
- Strong Unix shell scripting with cron and command-line utilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.
- Background in Ariba P2P and Oracle E-Business Suite integrations.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact workstreams with minimal oversight.
- Experience with vendor risk and vendor relationship systems within corporate services contexts.
- Exposure to or participation in Oracle EBS to SaaS migration planning and integrations.
