What We Are Looking For
Seeking a senior Full-stack Forward Deployed Engineer to build, deploy, and scale production AI applications for enterprise clients. This individual will work directly with customers to design and implement AI-powered solutions using agentic frameworks, RAG architectures, and modern cloud-native technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering, platform engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting experience
- Hands-on experience building and deploying production AI applications in enterprise environments
- Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
- Experience with one or more agentic AI frameworks, including LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
- Experience developing modern front-end applications using React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue
- Experience building APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, or Express
- Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, Milvus, or pgvector
- Experience deploying solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise data sources
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling solutions from prototype through production
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers, business stakeholders, and technical leadership
- Ability to travel as required for client engagements
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder

- Enterprise modernization and cloud transformation experience
- Experience leading technical architecture decisions
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading project delivery teams
