Full-Stack Engineer (VDI / Cloud / Azure)Location: Onsite- San Jose CA Engagement Type: Contract (potential extension)We are seeking two experienced Full-Stack Engineers to support a high-impact initiative focused on building and enhancing a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platform. This role will involve developing scalable cloud-based solutions, including API development and user interface components, to support virtual desktop environments.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable full-stack applications supporting virtual desktop solutionsBuild and integrate RESTful APIs for backend servicesDevelop intuitive and responsive UI components for end usersCollaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to support VDI environmentsIntegrate cloud-based services, with a strong preference for Azure-based architecturesContribute to system design, performance optimization, and scalability of virtual platformsRequired Skills & Experience:Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer (5+ years preferred)Proficiency in backend development using Python (or similar languages)Experience building and consuming APIs (REST, microservices architecture)Front-end development experience (React, Angular, or similar frameworks)Experience working in cloud environments (Azure strongly preferred)Solid understanding of system integration and distributed architecturesNice-to-Have / Preferred:Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environmentsFamiliarity with tools/platforms related to virtual desktops (e.g., Horizon, Citrix, or similar)Experience with automation or scripting (Python-based frameworks)Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
