We’re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to help build AI-powered tools that streamline transportation and logistics. The role focuses on turning chaotic email- and task-heavy workflows into automated, reliable operations through smart integrations and solid infrastructure.

You’ll join an early, tight-knit team where ownership is real, impact is immediate, and there’s room to shape core product and platform decisions from day one.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications that power automated workflows for logistics operations.
  • Architect integrations with critical tools and infrastructure used by customers.
  • Develop core backend systems to support AI-driven features and application tooling.
  • Collaborate closely with founders to shape product decisions and roadmap.
  • Build processes to onboard new customers quickly and reliably.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a full-stack engineer, ideally in a startup (Seed–Series B).
  • Comfortable working across the stack, with strong backend skills.
  • Experience developing APIs, building integrations, and supporting third-party systems.
  • Strong product mindset — building directly for end users, not just internal tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (remote-first team) & Have high enthusiasm i. e. 'Positive Vibes'
  • Preferably East Coast friendly time zones (Eastern or Central).

Bonus Points for:

  • Undergrad degree from a strong CS program
  • Internships in college
  • Previous experience at an early-stage startup (especially as a founding engineer).
  • Knowledge of the logistics industry.
  • Experience with observability tools or AI (LLMs, RAG).

This is an opportunity to help reshape a $1T industry critical to everyday life. Your work will directly impact how goods move, how operations teams work, and how technology transforms logistics.

If you’re excited to build meaningful tech in a fast-moving, supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you — Apply Now!
