Full Stack Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of modern web applications in a cloud-based environment. This is a long-term, fully remote W2 contract opportunity with strong visibility across engineering leadership and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed contributor who can operate independently while collaborating closely with directors, managers, architects, and fellow engineers.

Key Skills

• Vue.Js with WebApps development
• SQL development and backend database experience
• Experience developing integrations with Healthcare platforms (HL7 and FHIR) experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Vue.js for the front end and C#, Python, and .NET for backend services.
• Build and optimize SQL queries and backend database structures to support high-performance, secure data processing.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, supporting automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Contribute to system integrations, including healthcare platform interoperability using HL7 and FHIR standards (experience strongly preferred).
• Participate in technical discovery sessions, scope definition, and solution design discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and development working sessions.
• Communicate directly with engineering leadership and stakeholders, providing technical input, status updates, and risk assessments.
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices, peer reviews, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Vue.js and modern web application development.
• Proficiency in backend development using C#, Python, and .NET.
• Solid SQL development skills and experience working with relational databases.
• Hands-on experience building and managing Azure DevOps pipelines and cloud-based deployments.
• Experience integrating with external platforms and APIs; healthcare interoperability using HL7 and FHIR is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of communication and accountability.
• Comfortable engaging in architectural discussions, requirements discovery, and technical scoping.
