Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY (4 days in-office)

Compensation: $160-190k base salary + equity

We're working directly with the founding team of an early-stage software company building AI-native software for the hospitality industry. Their platform brings systems that typically live across several disconnected tools into a comprehensive revenue system for independent hotels. Backed by Bessemer Venture, with customers across the globe, they are growing quickly and looking for full stack engineers to work directly with the founders and a small engineering team.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain features across the full stack.
• Work with the founders to turn customer needs into working software.
• Develop integrations and production AI workflows.
• Help shape the platform’s architecture as the product expands.
• Improve reliability, testing, security, and observability as you go.

The role involves building across the product: frontend, backend, integrations, and AI workflows. You’ll own projects from the initial problem through to production and have a meaningful say in product and technical decisions.

Who we’re looking for

Someone with roughly 3+ years of experience building full-stack web applications, strong TypeScript skills, and examples of products or features they’ve owned end to end. You should be comfortable working without detailed requirements, asking good questions, and making practical technical decisions. Previous startup or founding engineer experience is a plus, but not a requirement.

Experience with production AI systems matters here, too. That could include LLM-powered workflows, agents, tool use, evaluations, or handling the reliability issues that come with those systems. The team also uses AI-assisted development tools heavily and wants someone thoughtful about testing and reviewing what those tools produce.

A CS degree or an equivalent rigorous technical foundation is expected.

• ElevenLabs, AWS, Vercel, and Stripe
