Salary: $136,500 - 220,000 per year Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of full-stack software development experience
  • Finance industry experience preferred
  • Extensive hands-on full-stack development experience, including modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, Flutter, or Dart, and back-end technologies such as Java, Spring Framework, Oracle, MongoDB, or SQL
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and modern software development lifecycle processes
  • Skills in AI agentic process engineering
  • Ability to write code, troubleshoot issues, and deliver production-ready software in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with, or strong interest in, AI-assisted development tools, automation, and engineering productivity practices to improve software delivery
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment with ownership and a focus on execution
Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, test, and deploy full-stack applications that meet business needs
  • Develop high-quality, maintainable front-end and back-end code and contribute to core project deliverables
  • Work with product, operations, security, and other teams to deliver practical, scalable solutions
  • Apply and promote strong practices in coding, testing, debugging, and deployment
  • Identify and implement ways to improve the software development lifecycle through automation, modern engineering practices, and intelligent tools
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging, resolving complex technical issues
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy through hands-on development
  • Mentor junior developers through technical guidance, pairing, code reviews, and knowledge sharing
  • Ensure applications meet security, compliance, performance, and reliability standards
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with stakeholders while remaining directly involved in implementation
  • Balance technical leadership with hands-on development and help advance work
