Job Title - Full Stack Developer

Location - Dulles, VA (100% Onsite)

Role Type - Direct Hire

Must Have Skills:

• Strong full-stack development experience with Python, Java, Node.js, JavaScript, and relevant front-end and back-end frameworks.
• 8+ years of enterprise application development experience, including building, testing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable applications, API integrations, and database technologies.
• Hands-on DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins and/or CloudBees, automated testing, and deployment workflows.
• Strong understanding of secure software development practices, including authentication, authorization, encryption, secrets management, and application reliability in cybersecurity-sensitive environments.
• Proven technical leadership experience guiding development teams, working in Agile environments, and delivering mid- to large-scale software systems.

Responsibilities and Job Details:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain mission-critical applications supporting a U.S. Government network operations and cybersecurity program.
• Develop and enhance front-end and back-end application components using modern programming languages, frameworks, and development methodologies.
• Build and integrate APIs, services, and database solutions using technologies such as SQL, Oracle, MySQL, and JDBC.
• Leverage frameworks and technologies including Java Spring, Hibernate, React, and Linux/Unix environments.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests using tools such as Pytest and JUnit to ensure application quality, security, and reliability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing processes, and deployment workflows to streamline software delivery.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and improve scalability, maintainability, and system reliability.
• Incorporate secure coding practices and cybersecurity principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to support development team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to translate technical and mission requirements into high-quality software solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline required. xhqgsiq Certifications such as CSSLP, CISSP, DoDM DCWF 631, or Scrum are desirable.
