About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to support technology initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, design technical solutions, and develop applications from concept through implementation.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership of projects, works comfortably with ambiguity, and uses AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong coding standards and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and design effective technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications across front-end and back-end environments.
• Own projects from initial solution design through development, testing, and implementation.
• Leverage AI coding tools and agents to improve development efficiency while validating and refining generated code.
• Build scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with business objectives and technical standards.
• Communicate progress, technical recommendations, and potential challenges to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with product owners and technical stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack or software development.
• Experience working across front-end and back-end development.
• Recent exposure to PHP; strong PHP experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and the ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and refine AI-generated code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with React or similar front-end frameworks.
• Experience taking ownership of development projects from concept through implementation.
• Git repository, portfolio, or code samples available for review.
• Ability to adapt to evolving requirements and make sound technical decisions.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid, 6-month contract opportunity with potential for extension or permanent conversion based on performance and business needs. Flexibility is available for the right candidate, with in-person collaboration preferred for requirements gathering and project discussions.
