We’re actively seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong front-end focus to join our remote development team. This role requires a skilled professional capable of seamlessly blending client-side and server-side coding to create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

What You’ll Do:

  • Front‑End Development Mastery: Lead the design and implementation of responsive web applications, prioritizing optimal user experience and visual appeal.
  • Code Excellence: Develop clean, scalable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Next.js.
  • Design Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into dynamic code, ensuring fidelity to visual specifications.
  • API Integration and Backend Skills: Build and maintain robust back-end APIs and services primarily using Node.js or similar technologies.
  • Cross-Platform Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for both mobile and desktop platforms.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure application reliability and performance.
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, integrating them into projects to enhance product capabilities.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Agile Environment Familiarity: Proven ability to work within Agile settings, participating in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Front‑End Development Expertise: Advanced knowledge and experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Next.js.
  • API Proficiency: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern authorization mechanisms like JSON Web Token (JWT).
  • Performance Optimization: Experience optimizing CSS and HTML code using tools like Sass, LESS, ESLint, or Stylelint.

  • Travel Expectations: Less than 10%
  • Department: Technology Product Development
  • Reports to: Project Manager – Technology
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: None
  • Work Schedule: Full‑time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
  • Compensation Structure: Salary (paid semi‑monthly), OT‑Exempt, eligible for annual discretionary bonus based on company and employee performance
