Our team balances business strategy, technology, creativity, and ongoing managed services to solve the biggest problems that affect customers, partners, constituents, and the workforce.As a Project - Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the project, you will:Collaborate with a cross-functional team to build and deliver custom-built software solutionsParticipate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practicesUtilize the client Development Operations (DevOps) systems and tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.) to ensure compliant code and ensure best practicesSupport a portfolio of applications from a holistic standpoint to understand various complex product requirements, mitigate challenges and integrate softwareDevelop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web ComponentsDesign, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST and SOAP APIsCreate and maintain system documentation, including solution design, technical specifications, and test plansTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrationsStay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, and evaluate their applicability to our organization's needsWork closely with both design and quality assuranceThe successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact.
