Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise across modern frontend and backend technologies, particularly React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python

What You’ll Do

• Own the technical design and architecture of applications from early-stage prototypes through production deployment.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality full-stack applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
• Rapidly translate evolving business requirements and ideas into functional prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Convert validated prototypes into maintainable, secure, reliable, and production-ready applications.
• Apply creative and structured problem-solving to complex commercial, healthcare, and pharmaceutical business challenges.
• Design and integrate REST APIs, external platforms, third-party services, and enterprise systems.
• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable frontend and backend components.
• Ensure applications meet appropriate standards for performance, scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the application stack and identify effective solutions.
• Review and optimize existing code, APIs, workflows, and application performance.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical decision-making, and solution design.
• Conduct code reviews and help establish coding standards and software engineering best practices.
• Mentor and support other engineers while encouraging strong engineering practices across the team.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product teams, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver intuitive and well-crafted user experiences.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate prototyping, development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Experiment with emerging AI capabilities and incorporate them into applications where they provide measurable business value.

What You Bring

• 6-8 years of professional software development experience, with significant experience building modern web applications.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong production experience with:
• React
• Next.js
• Node.js
• Working proficiency with Python for backend development, integrations, automation, or AI-enabled applications.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend application architecture.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and third-party services.
• Experience working with databases and data-driven applications.
• Strong experience with Git, pull requests, branching strategies, and standard Git-based development workflows.
• Demonstrated experience taking applications from prototype or proof of concept through production deployment.
• Ability to work effectively with incomplete or evolving requirements and make pragmatic technical decisions.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience conducting code reviews and contributing to engineering standards and best practices.
• Experience mentoring or technically guiding other developers.
• Strong understanding of both the business and technical aspects of software development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within distributed, remote teams.

AI & Modern Development Experience

• Candidates should have practical exposure to AI-assisted software development.

Preferred experience includes:

• Hands-on use of AI coding tools such as:
• GitHub Copilot
• Claude Code
• Similar AI-assisted development tools
• Understanding of LLM-based application patterns and AI-enabled workflows.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and APIs such as:
• OpenAI
• Anthropic
• Open-source LLMs
• Exposure to agent-based or agentic application frameworks and orchestration concepts.
• Ability to use AI tools effectively while maintaining appropriate engineering quality, security, and code-review standards.
• Good to have Experience working directly with business or client stakeholders.
• Good to have Experience building applications in cloud environments such as AWS.
• Good to have Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
• Good to have Experience with automated testing and application observability.
• Good to have Exposure to GenAI, AI agents, RAG, workflow automation, or LLM-integrated applications.
• Good to have Previous experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.
