Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with at least 9 years of experience in building enterprise-level applications. This role will focus primarily on frontend development (60%) using Angular 14 or above, with strong backend expertise in SQL, .NET Core, and C#. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and secure data handling, particularly around PHI/PII and HIPAA compliance. This is a “greenfield” development environment, requiring the ability to design and build applications from scratch, applying best practices in architecture, coding, and performance optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular 14 or above (60% of role focus).
  • Design and implement backend solutions with .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
  • Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned database solutions.
  • Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with PHI/PII handling and HIPAA security standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new greenfield applications.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full application stack.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Minimum 9 years of professional software development experience.
  • 60% hands-on experience with Angular 14 or above.
  • Strong backend expertise in .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
  • Proven ability to write complex and optimized SQL queries.
  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.
  • Experience working with PHI/PII and HIPAA compliance.
  • Comfortable working in a greenfield environment, building solutions from scratch.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based development (Azure/AWS).
  • Exposure to microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
