To support the development of AI-native applications, the full-time Full-Stack AI Engineer will ship AI-first solutions end-to-end, set AI direction for user experience patterns, and transform engineering workflows for AI-augmented continuous integration and delivery in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead the full development cycle of the AdoptionAgent, focusing on user-facing AI experiences Establish and enhance AI engineering practices, including prompt patterns and evaluation pipelines Define and guide the adoption of AI workflows in continuous integration and code review processes Required qualifications Hands-on experience shipping LLM-powered product features with a focus on prompt iteration and evaluation methodology Proven ability to implement AI-augmented CI/CD pipelines and articulate the impact of AI tooling on development processes Track record of improving team or organizational shipping practices beyond personal contributions Comfortable working across both front-end and back-end technologies 5-8+ years of experience building user-facing front-end systems, with at least 3 years at the Senior+/Staff level
