$50,000-$55,000 Base Salary + Up to $15,000 Annual Performance Bonus + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Do
This is a true 360/full-desk recruiting role, where you'll be responsible for both client development and executive recruiting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new client relationships through business development and networking
- Managing and growing existing client accounts
- Recruiting and placing senior-level professionals across Finance, Human Resources, and Operations
- Conducting intake meetings with clients to understand hiring needs
- Sourcing, interviewing, and presenting high-quality candidates
- Managing executive search assignments from business development through placement
- Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and PCR Recruiter to drive business and identify talent
- Collaborating with leadership on recruiting strategy and business growth
What We're Looking For
We're intentionally selective for this opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven success in third-party (agency) recruiting
- Experience managing a full desk, including both recruiting and business development
- Demonstrated success developing new business and managing client relationships
- Strong executive presence and consultative communication skills
- A track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting and/or revenue goals
- The desire to grow into a leadership position within the organization
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
