Enjoy working for a privately owned organization and a key person.Key Responsibilities:Develop new client relationships through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and client meetingsGenerate job orders and manage client accountsRecruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidatesBuild and maintain talent pipelinesManage recruiting workflows within ATS/CRM systemsPartner with leadership on strategic growth initiativesMaintain recruiting and sales activity metricsSupport workforce planning and client retention effortsQualifications:Staffing, recruiting, sales, or business development experience preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentSelf-motivated with strong organizational and follow-through skillsComfortable with outbound outreach and client developmentExperience using ATS or CRM systems preferredCompensation & Benefits:Base salary: $65,000 – $80,000 Uncapped commission structure Realistic OTE of $120,000 – $200,000+ Group Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Professional development and leadership growth opportunitiesBenefits & Perks:At DaMar, we are committed to supporting employees both professionally and personally.
