We are actively hiring for a strong Full Desk Accounting and Finance recruiter , to join one of the hottest Accounting and Finance recruitment desks in the US, where the average recruiter is taking home $200,000+, and many on the team earning over $500,000.

My client has an outstanding reputation recruiting within the Accounting & Finance space, with a cemented client base covering financial services, corporate, retail, and other sectors.

With a strong client base to leverage from day one, the team is looking to add more full desk A&F recruiters to the team.

The right recruiter must be able to perform business development, bring in new clients, as well as deliver on mandates.

• Avg. billers in the business produce $500,000+ (take home $230k+)

They have a cemented client base spanning Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Private Equity, Insurance/Pension Funds, Investment Banks, and corporate/retail clients.

The desk is recruiting for all A&F roles including: Junior/Mid/Senior Accountants, Analysts, Controllers, FP&A, CFO, Credit, Cost Accountant, Compliance, Risk, Finance Directors/Managers.

With the option to work from home, top salaries, and a strong client network, consultants here regularly achieve billings from $450,000-$750,000, taking home 50% of their billings.
