Job Description

We are seeking a Contractor Recruiter, Firmwide Operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full lifecycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and stakeholder management and a proven ability to deliver quality hires at pace while maintaining process controls and a positive candidate experience .

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including strategy creation and execution.
• Advise hiring managers on processes, controls, and policies.
• Source and pipeline candidates through multiple channels and ensure timely, clear communication.
• Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates and refine strategies based on feedback.
• Offer proactive solutions to streamline hiring and anticipate client needs.
• Participate in client meetings and act as a subject matter expert on recruiting needs and expectations.
• Educate candidates on growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy, and the opportunity.
• Lead compensation expectation discussions to drive offer closure.
• Support diversity goals and present diverse candidate slates.
• Utilize the ATS fully and maintain data integrity and controls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years in full lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced corporate or agency setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with multiple deadlines and high attention to detail.
• Controls mindset with understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong multitasking, project management, presentation skills, and business acumen.
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Time management skills with consistent prioritization and re-prioritization.

Preferred Skills:

• Finance sector or staffing industry recruiting experience.
• High-volume recruiting experience.
