Full-Cycle Billing SpecialistLocation: TexasIndustry: Healthcare / Infusion Revenue CyclePay: $22.00 - $26.00 / Per Hour (Based on years of experience)Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k.About Our Client:Addison Group is partnering with a healthcare organization specializing in infusion services seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Billing Specialist.Job Description:The Full-Cycle Billing Specialist will take ownership of complex accounts that require additional research and resolution beyond standard billing and collections processes. This role requires strong infusion revenue cycle experience and the ability to independently troubleshoot payer, denial, reimbursement, and high-dollar A/R issues.Key Responsibilities:Manage escalations involving complex billing, collections, denials, and reimbursement issues.Research and resolve complex and high-dollar A/R accounts.Investigate payer issues, underpayments, denials, and reimbursement discrepancies.Handle denials management, appeals, and payer follow-up through resolution.Partner with internal teams and third-party RCM vendors to resolve escalated accounts.Identify recurring denial and payer trends and recommend process improvements.Provide RCM expertise during client and internal discussions as needed.Maintain accurate documentation and track escalated accounts through resolution.Support initiatives focused on reducing A/R and improving collections.Requirements:Infusion billing and collections experience required.5+ years recent experience of full-cycle medical billing and collections experience.Strong knowledge of denials, appeals, A/R follow-up, and reimbursement.Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.Experience with specialty pharmacy, biologics, oncology, rheumatology, or other specialty services is a plus.Experience with Availity, or similar RCM platforms preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Must be reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Additional Details:Flexible schedule, typically around 8:00 AM–5:00 PM within the employee's time zone.Equipment is provided.Virtual interview process.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
