The successful candidate will take ownership of bookkeeping activities across payables, receivables, payroll, and month-end reporting while helping maintain reliable financial records.Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end bookkeeping functions to ensure financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time.Manage accounts payable activities, including reviewing invoices, processing payments, and maintaining organized vendor records.Handle accounts receivable tasks by issuing invoices, monitoring collections, and applying customer payments correctly.Complete bank and account reconciliations regularly to verify balances and resolve discrepancies promptly.Process payroll accurately and in accordance with established schedules and company requirements.Prepare month-end close activities, including reviewing ledgers, posting adjustments, and supporting timely financial reporting.Maintain the integrity of accounting data within QuickBooks and generate reports as needed for operational and financial review.
