Full Charge Bookkeeper

Full-Charge Bookkeeper (Remote | South Florida REQUIRED)

We are partnering with a growing South Florida organization seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join its team. This position is ideal for someone with strong QuickBooks experience, excellent organizational skills, and a background in full-cycle bookkeeping.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple client accounts
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and prepare journal entries
• Assist with financial statement preparation and reporting
• Process payroll and support related payroll reporting activities
• Manage sales tax filings and compliance requirements as needed
• Perform intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively
• Partner with internal team members to improve processes and client service delivery

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a multi-client or public accounting environment
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; QuickBooks Enterprise experience highly preferred
• Experience performing full-cycle bookkeeping independently
• Understanding of intercompany transactions and reconciliations
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• CPA firm experience is preferred but not required

Location

Remote, but candidates should be located in South Florida and available to attend occasional in-person meetings if needed.
