Full Charge BookkeeperA small industrial real estate property management company is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for a portfolio of industrial properties. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a small company environment and can manage the full accounting cycle with minimal supervision.ResponsibilitiesHandle full-cycle accounting for industrial properties, including:Tenant billings and adjustmentsRent collections and security deposit accountingAccounts payableBank reconciliationsManage month-end close and assist with financial statement preparation and reporting.Maintain fixed asset records and oversee capitalization and depreciation of property-related assets.Support bookkeeping and accounting activities for related entities using Yardi Voyager.Coordinate data requests for insurance renewals, audits, property taxes, and lender reporting requirements.Process annual 1099 filings and assist with state tax audits and compliance requests.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience5+ years of bookkeeping or property accounting experience, preferably within commercial or industrial real estate/property management.Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP.Advanced Excel skills required.Proficiency with Yardi required.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a small office environment.Industry: Industrial Real Estate / Property ManagementLocation: West Los Angeles, CA (100% Onsite)
