This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay and the chance to join a professional and established team.$27.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experienceFull-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMThe Full-Charge Bookkeeper / Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing the firm's bookkeeping and payroll functions, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with applicable regulations.Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts PayableProcess payroll and maintain payroll recordsPrepare quarterly and year-end payroll reportsProcess and prepare 1099 formsTrack and record depreciation schedulesReconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial recordsAssist with financial reporting and other accounting functions as neededEnsure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive financial informationPrevious experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper requiredPublic accounting experience requiredWorking knowledge of: QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe AcrobatStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyMust be bondableAbility to sit and stand for extended periodsAbility to occasionally lift up to 25 poundsCompetitive compensationStable, full-time scheduleProfessional office environmentOpportunity to work with a respected local accounting firmApply today through Express Employment Professionals and take the next step in your accounting career!
