Full Charge BookkeeperWe are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations for a multi-entity environment. This role is ideal for an organized individual who is confident managing the full accounting cycle, preparing financial reports, and handling tax-related filings with accuracy. The position requires strong QuickBooks expertise and the ability to communicate effectively while supporting client-facing bookkeeping activities.Responsibilities:Manage complete bookkeeping functions across multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial activity.Prepare financial statements and maintain the general ledger to support reliable month-end and ongoing reporting.Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice handling, payment tracking, and collection follow-up.Reconcile bank accounts along with balance sheet liability accounts and subsidiary ledgers for receivables and payables.Process and review federal and state payroll tax reporting to maintain compliance with filing requirements.Prepare and submit various information returns, including 1099 reporting, with close attention to deadlines and documentation.Complete sales and use tax filings as well as property and rendition-related tax reporting, as applicable.Use QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online to maintain accurate accounting records and support bookkeeping needs.Create supporting schedules and workpapers in Microsoft Excel and use standard office tools to communicate and present information clearly.
