Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Michael Doyle CPA is expanding our team and seeking a skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our growing accounting practice. This is a full-time, in-person position and requires someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in full-scale bookkeeping, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients
• Perform accurate financial record-keeping
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage accounts receivable and billing
• Manage accounts payable, including bill entry, vendor communication, and payment scheduling
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Process payroll for various clients
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Communicate professionally with clients
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
• Experience in payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Willingness to sign and fully comply with a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of GAAP and standard accounting practices
• Experience in a CPA firm or multi-client environment
• Knowledge of accounting workflows and best practices
Additional Requirements:
• Full-time, in-person only (no remote options)
• Background check required
• NDA compliance is mandatory
